Welcome to Pointe Studio’s 12 Days of Giveaways!
We’re celebrating the season with twelve days of movement, mindfulness, and community—featuring thoughtful offerings from some of our favorite wellness, Pilates, and lifestyle brands. Each day from December 1–12, a new giveaway will go live at 9 AM PST for you to enter on Instagram.

Pointe Studio – 12 Days of Giveaways
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern Pointe Studio’s “12 Days of Giveaways” promotion (“Promotion”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Pointe Studio (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Pointe Studio, a DBA of Pacific Manufacturing, LLC, 6975 Flanders Dr., San Diego, CA 92121 (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PST) on December 1, 2025, and ends at 8:59 AM PST on December 13, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
There are twelve (12) separate daily giveaways (“Daily Giveaways”). Each Daily Giveaway:
- Opens when posted at 9:00 AM PST, and
- Closes exactly 24 hours later at 8:59 AM PST the following day.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its parent company Pacific Manufacturing, LLC, its affiliates, and each day’s collaborating brand(s), as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate or win.
The Promotion is void where prohibited.
How to Enter
To enter a Daily Giveaway during its 24-hour entry period, eligible participants must:
- Follow @pointestudio on Instagram;
- Follow the collaborating brand(s) tagged in that day’s post;
- Like the giveaway post; and
- Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments of the post.
Bonus entries: Each additional tagged friend in a separate comment counts as one (1) additional entry. Unlimited entries per person per day based on tag count.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
Automated or bot-generated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Prizes
Each Daily Giveaway features a unique prize package provided by Pointe Studio and/or that day’s collaborating brand(s). Prize details for each day, including approximate retail value (“ARV”), are disclosed in that day’s Instagram post.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes combined across all twelve days is approximately $2,500.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative or cash equivalent will be provided, except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection
For each Daily Giveaway, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that day’s entry period. Winners may be publicly announced on Instagram or contacted directly via DM.
Random drawings will occur shortly after the close of each daily entry period.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @pointestudio account only.
Winners must respond within 24 hours of the Direct Message being sent. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected messages, including due to entrant’s privacy settings, message filtering, or changes to their Instagram account.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, city and state/province of residence, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, collaborating brands, Instagram, Pacific Manufacturing, LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
Instagram Disclaimer
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.
