Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you love your Pointe Studio order—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Returns must include original packaging (if applicable)
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at customercare@pointestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return label (for qualifying U.S. orders) and instructions for sending your item back.
U.S. Returns
- Returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee, deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing
- Exchanges and store credit requests receive a free prepaid return label
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. At this time, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the transaction.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help. Exchanges are handled case-by-case and are based on product availability. We’ll ship your replacement once we’ve received and approved the returned item.
If you're in a hurry, the fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customercare@pointestudio.com. We’ll make it right.
Final Sale Items
- Final Sale items, bundles, gift boxes, and promotional items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- Gift cards are non-refundable
