At Pointe Studio, we offer two grip styles to match different preferences and activities:

Full Foot Grip:

Pointe Studio Recovery Crew Socks are designed for ultimate comfort, softness, and post-workout relaxation. They are crafted from a premium blend of materials to provide a plush, cozy feel: 

• Acrylic & Polyester – Ultra-soft and insulating for warmth and comfort. 
• Nylon – Adds durability and helps maintain shape. 
• Spandex/Elastane – Provides a flexible, snug fit that moves with you. 
• Terry Cushioning – Extra plush padding for cloud-like softness and support. 

Our Cloud Recovery Crew Socks are designed for post-workout comfort, not high-intensity movement. While they offer incredible softness and cushioning, they don’t have the same structured support or grip technology as our performance socks.  

For workouts, we recommend our Studio Grip socks or Performance Running Grip styles, which are specifically designed to keep you stable, supported, and secure during movement. Save your Cloud Recoveries for rest days, lounging, or when your feet need a little extra TLC! 

Our socks are designed for a snug, supportive fit and follow standard shoe sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. 

Our grip socks are designed to be supportive and secure without feeling too tight. They will stretch slightly with wear, so if they feel snug at first, they should mold to your feet over time. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.

We suggest washing your grip socks inside out on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Do not bleach or iron.

The lifespan of your Pointe Studio Grip Socks depends on how often you wear and wash them. With proper care, they typically last 6 months to a year or longer. Here’s what affects longevity:

• Frequency of Use – Worn daily? Expect more wear over time. Rotating between pairs extends their life.
• Washing & Drying – Machine wash cold and air dry to maintain elasticity and grip strength. High heat can shorten their lifespan.
• Activity Level – High-impact workouts may wear down the grips faster than casual use.
  

For best results, follow our care instructions and swap out your socks when you notice signs of wear, like fading grips or fabric thinning.

Yes! Orders within the U.S. qualify for free shipping on purchases of $35 or more after discounts are applied.

What is your domestic shipping policy?

Shipping Method: All domestic retail orders from pointestudio.com ship via FedEx 2-Day on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Rates: $12 flat rate for orders under $35.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.
Delivery Time: Once processed, orders arrive within 3–10 business days.
Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

Simply let us know the product(s) you wish to return and the item(s) you'd like in exchange. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your items. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process your exchange order. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging for the exchange to be accepted.

Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast shipping, so we generally cannot make changes or cancel orders after they've been submitted. However, if you realize there's an issue with your order right away, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before it ships out.
