Shipping Policy

Domestic retail orders made on pointestudio.com are shipped via FedEx 2 Day on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

We ship for a flat rate of $12 for orders under $35. 

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Pointe Studio is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Pointestudio.com Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pointe Studio online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Final sale items may not be returned.
Returns maybe eligible for store credit.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on promo items or items marked “Final Sale”. All bundles and gift boxes are Final Sale.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Returns maybe eligible for store credit.

International Shipping

For international retail orders, we offer a discounted flat-shipping rate of $20 via Standard FedEx International Shipping. You should receive a tracking number when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges. We reserve the right to change shipping charges and promotions at any time.

Returns and Exchanges Procedure

For returning orders made in the U.S, a $6 restocking will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping and processing. 

All international orders are responsible for duties, taxes, and the cost of return shipping.

We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges and store credit will receive courtesy pre-paid return labels. Replacement items for all exchanges will be shipped upon acceptance of merchandise, based on availability.
