There is no competition here, we encourage everyone to choose their happy pace whether it's walking, jogging, or running. We also focus more on the social aspect of our club. We use every gathering as an opportunity to socialize and make meaningful connections.

Details
We will start our day in Bird Rock where we gather to meet, stretch and motivate. We will then start our 3-4 mile journey, where you will focus on discovering your Happy Pace. Rest assured, no one will be left behind. We will be waiting together at the finish line to celebrate each and every participant's accomplishment. Ending at a new destination, usually a local establishment to continue connecting. Every meetup offers a new and different adventure, from switching up your stride, connecting with fresh faces, embracing different weather conditions, and enjoying all that Bird Rock has to offer!
