Purchase Get A Grip here or here and you’ll automatically be signed up to receive the quarterly subscription. Your first shipment will arrive within 10 days from signing up, and shipments will arrive every three months thereafter.
Each shipment will include three pairs of socks. Pointe Studio’s team will hand select styles from our latest and greatest seasonal collection, and assortments will include a mix of silhouettes in each shipment if you choose the mixed box. If you choose full foot, it will be a mix of full foot socks.
S/M is a women’s US size 5-7.5 and M/L is a women’s US size 8-10. What if you’re a 7.5/8 and don’t know which to choose? If you like your snugs to fit a little closer to your foot like a second-skin, go with a S/M. If you want a little bit more wiggle room go with M/L. Larger than size 10? M/L also has you covered. Our grip socks stretch plenty!
The subscription box will be shipped via FedEx; expedited shipping is not available. Orders will be shipped within 10 business days. We send out tracking information when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance beyond the carrier's standard insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges.
Free shipping is not available for international subscriptions. International orders are shipped via FedEx International or USPS. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.
SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT AND CANCELLATION
Please note that the charge appearing on your bank statement may appear as "RP/PS Subscription Box" and come from our parent company Richer Poorer. If you don't already have an account on pointestudio.com, please create one to manage your subscription on our Orders page. From there you can change your shipping address, payment method or cancel your subscription. If you need any further assistance, please email email@example.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our subscription boxes but if you are dissatisfied, have a defective product or were shipped an incorrect size, please reach out to our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
GIFTING A SUBSCRIPTION?
The gifted subscription will ship to the shipping address provided. Please be sure to enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. The gift a subscription option is for 1 year and will not automatically renew after 4 boxes have been delivered. There are no refunds or exchanges. If the recipient chooses to cancel the subscription before all 4 boxes have been sent, we will not issue any refunds for the remaining boxes.
Although we have an extremely low defect rate on our products, sometimes manufacturing defects do occur. If your product has loose or mis-stitched threads, or if your socks have developed holes after only a few wears, please email email@example.com. Please provide a photo of the defective product, and we'll be happy to send out a replacement.

If I order multiple subscriptions will they all have the same socks? Yes! We change socks every quarter, not on every box.
Is this club only for women? No way! We want everyone to be part of the fam. US sizing conversions are S/M (Women's 5-7.5) (Mens 4-6.5) and M/L (Women's 8-10) (Mens 6.5-8.5).
Can I buy this as a gift for someone? We don't have a gift option just yet, but we are working on it!
How much does it cost? $30 per quarter if you pay every 3 months or $99 for the year.
