Shipping Policy

Domestic retail orders made on pointestudio.com are shipped via USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

We ship Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Pointe Studio is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Pointestudio.com Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pointe Studio online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Final sale items may not be returned.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

International Shipping

For international retail orders to Canada and Mexico, we offer a discounted flat-shipping rate of $20 via USPS Priority Mail International. All other retail international destinations are a discounted $30. You should receive a tracking number when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges. We reserve the right to change shipping charges and promotions at any time.
