 The Story Behind the Sculpt

Becoming instructors has been an incredibly rewarding journey — it’s given us the opportunity to connect with and inspire so many like-minded individuals. Each week, we lead a handful of in-person classes, film new workouts for our online platform, and collaborate with brands to host empowering Sister Sculpt events.

In just a short time, we've grown the Sister Sculpt community into a global movement, helping women around the world build strength, confidence, and connection. Our mission is to continue motivating and inspiring others — one sculpt session at a time.

We teach Hot Sculpt classes at Align Studios in Dallas, Texas — a dynamic, high-energy workout that blends strength training, cardio, and mindful movement. 

For those outside the Dallas area, we’ve created an online coaching platform, TheSculptSisters.com, so you can join our global sisterhood from anywhere in the world. Whether you're stepping onto the mat with us in person or connecting virtually, you'll find powerful workouts, a supportive community, and transformational results.

Breath Guide

While sculpt is all about strength and movement, mindful breathing plays an important supporting role. It helps maintain focus, prevents fatigue, and keeps energy steady — especially in heated classes. Simple cues like steady inhales and controlled exhales can make each flow feel smoother and more intentional, helping practitioners stay grounded and connected from start to finish.

  • Inhale through the nose exhale through the mouth 

  • When you get overheated keep your head above your heart

  • Focus on your breath when the pose becomes challenging
